ChainSec was founded in 2024 by Fiive AB in Gothenburg to solve a specific problem: companies were losing control of their suppliers' security in endless Excel spreadsheets and email threads. We built a platform that gives you overview, structure, and control over your entire supply chain.
The Problem We Solve
When we started talking to companies about how they evaluated their suppliers' security, the answer was usually the same: Excel files sent back and forth via email. Follow-ups that were forgotten. Information spread across hundreds of email threads. No overview of which suppliers actually met security requirements.
With the EU's new NIS2 directive and increasing cyber threats, it became clear that manual processes no longer work. Companies needed a way to systematically map, assess, and follow up on their suppliers' security - without drowning in administration.
Our Team
ChainSec is developed by Fiive AB, a technology company in Gothenburg specializing in SaaS solutions and AI. We are a small company made up of developers and designers who build tools to solve real problems.
Our philosophy is "security by design" - security should not be added as an afterthought, but should be an integrated part of the system from the start. This makes our solutions both robust and reliable.
