Yes. ChainSec supports file uploads as evidence. Documents can be used alongside questionnaire responses in the supplier review.
What happens if an answer reveals a gap?
You can create a nonconformity directly from a flagged response. The case records the owner, severity, supplier response, root cause, action and verified closure.
How does a questionnaire differ from a supplier review?
The questionnaire collects information from the supplier. During the review, you examine responses and documents, assess the evidence and record your decision. The questionnaire is one part of supplier management in ChainSec.
Is a supplier questionnaire the same as a self-assessment?
Often, yes. Many call the questionnaire a supplier self-assessment or declaration: the supplier describes its own quality, environmental or security practices. In ChainSec the responses and attached documents are kept as evidence for your assessment.
