What is the difference between Supplier and GRC?
Supplier keeps your supplier register, evaluations, certificates, re-evaluations and deviations in order. GRC builds on the supplier module with security assessments and Risk and requirements. Data protection can be added on top of Risk and requirements when you need an asset register and an Article 30 record of processing activities.
Can we start with the supplier list we already have?
Yes. Export your spreadsheet to CSV and import the suppliers into ChainSec. You can then add contact details, contracts and certificates to the register and decide which suppliers need to be evaluated first.
Can we use ChainSec alongside our management system?
Yes. ChainSec brings together supplier evaluations, risks, requirements and actions, while your management system covers broader business processes. ChainSec has no document control or process maps. You can use the evidence from ChainSec when following up on work in your management system.
